This article will guide you through the options available and results when running the Session Payroll report. This report will calculate the pay figures for all staff by the services and/or classes served.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.

Accessing the Report
Navigate to Reports > Staff > Session Payroll.
You can run this report for the date range of your choosing. Select a custom date range from the To and From calendars, or choose from one of the preset date ranges. There are several filters available to assist you in pulling the details that you need from this report.
Not Eligible For Payroll Sessions: Choose to include or not include sessions that are Not Eligible for Payroll. To learn how to setup payroll eligibility, click here.
Show Class Attendees List: This will show the list of customer(s) that were booked into the class.
Ignore Classes With No Bookings: This will exclude classes that had no attendees.
Include Cust (Customer) Lost Sessions: This will include any sessions where a customer did not show up.
Include Sessions Not Yet Logged: You may choose to include the sessions that have not yet been logged as completed to determine their status as show or no show.
Include Consults: Controls whether services/classes flagged as consults will show on the report.
Summary Tab
The online report will display Employee Name, User ID, Total Sessions, Class Hours, Non-Class Hours and Total Payroll $.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.

You can run this report for the date range of your choosing. Select a custom date range from the To and From calendars, or choose from one of the preset date ranges. There are several filters available to assist you in pulling the details that you need from this report such as Select Employee - allows you to run the report by all employees, (summary or all sessions detailed), or by an individual employee.
The online report will display Booking ID, Booking Date, Time, Customer, Session Type, Pay $ and Status.
Detail Tab
You can run this report for the date range of your choosing. Select a custom date range from the To and From calendars, or choose from one of the preset date ranges. There are several filters available to assist you in pulling the details that you need from this report such as Select Employee - allows you to run the report by all employees, (summary or all sessions detailed), or by an individual employee.
The online report will display Booking ID, Date, Start Time, End Time, Provider, Customer, Session Type, Status, Cost $, Price $, Credit Added, Paid Credit, Credit Invoice, Package Name, Payroll Eligible?, Grandfathered, Service Name, Mins and Payroll Code (ADP).
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
