This article will guide you through generating the Contact Log Report. This report provides an overview of contact made to club prospect and members/customers.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Staff > Contact Log.
Select the date range you want to analyze then click on Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
The online report will contain the following information:
Staff Type - Each staff type with staff names listed below
Club called customer - Attempts and contacts made when staff called customers
Club texted customer - Attempts and contacts made when staff texted customers
Total Contacts - Total attempts and contacts made for customers
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
How is the "Contact Made" calculated?
- Emails & SMS - Once a prospect/member has replied to your email or text, it will count as a "contact made".
- Calls - This is based on what the staff selects the outcome of the call is when using the Work It.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
