This article will guide you through running and understanding the Trainer Client Count report. This report will provide a list of all trainers at your club with their primary clients.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members/Customers > Trainer Client Count.
You may use the drop down menu to choose to Show All, or select a specific trainer to show the list of members assigned to them. Before generating, you may further filter to Include Inactive Members, and/or Include Prospects. Click on Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
The online report will contain the following information:
Trainer - Assigned trainer, First and Last
Member ID - ClubReady Member id#
Name - Customer Name, First and Last
Active? - If they are an active member, Yes or No.
Prospect? - If they are in the prospects database, Yes or No.
Email - Member's email
Phone - Member's phone #.
The Excel export contains the following information:
Trainer - Assigned trainer, First and Last
User ID - ClubReady Member id#
Last Name - Customer Last Name
First Name - Customer First Name
Active? - If they are an active member, Yes or No
Prospect? - If they are in the prospects database, Yes or No.
Email - Member's email
Phone - Member's phone #
Work Phone - Member's work phone #
Cell Phone - Member's cell phone #
Address, City, State, Zip - Member's address.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting - Can access reports
- Reporting - Can access clients: trainer client count
