This article will guide you on how to generate the Re-Sign Soon report. This report shows a list of users with non-cancelled agreements that are set to expire within the selected upcoming number of days.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
-
This report is driven by package duration setting as well as the number of installments selected.
- Example: If on 10/10/2019 a user purchases a package with a 1 month duration and 12 installments, they will show on the report when 10/10/2020 is within the selected date range. If on 10/10/2019 a user purchases a package with a 1 month duration and 1 installment, they will show on the report when 11/10/2019 is within the selected date range.
- This report does not include agreements that were originally sold as a 1 month (1 installment) package and switched over to a month-to-month once the original expiration occurred.
- For service-based agreements, this report is designed to not count (any potential) remaining credits that are a Consultation service. Reason being, the main purpose of Consultations are to sell club services to the client.
Pro Tip: If you want to see all remaining service credits tied to an agreement, ensure that the 'Service Is A Sales Consult' setting is set to 'No' for the service that are included in the agreements.
