This article will walk you through running and understanding the Members By Package report.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members > Members By Package.
You will then have the option to choose a sales package as well as to Include Inactive Members, Exclude Future Rollover Packages, Show Only Latest Package (in the event a member has multiple). Once these options have been selected choose Run Report.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
2. Understanding Your Report
The online report will contain the following:
Name - Clients first and last name
User ID - ID number in ClubReady
Email - Clients email
Cell Phone - Clients cell phone number
Phone - Clients phone number
Unused Credits (All Packages) - Any unused session credits the client has on their account (per all packages).
Package - Name of the sales package chosen in the above options.
The Export will contain the following:
User ID - ID number in ClubReady
Name - First,Last name of the client
Barcode - Clients bar code numerals in ClubReady
Active? - Do they have an active Expire To Date range
Email - Clients email
Cell Phone - Clients cell phone number
Phone - Clients phone number
Work Phone - Clients work phone number
Unused Credits (All Packages) - Any unused session credits the client has on their account (per all packages).
Package - Name of the sales package chosen in the above options.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting: Can access clients: customers by package
