This article will explain how to run and understand the Members Transfers Report.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members > Member Transfers.
Choose your custom date range on the left or a preset date range on the right side of the page. You can then select from the drop down box to see clients transferred to this club or transferred from this club.
2. Understanding Your Report
This report will contain the following information:
Transfer Date - This is the date that the member was transferred from one location to another.
Member Name - Members First and Last name.
User Id - The ClubReady id for this member.
Days Original Club - Duration of time at the original club in days.
Original Club - The club that the original club in ember was transferred out of.
Original Club - The club that the original club in ember was transferred out of.
New Club - The club the member was transferred in to.
Transferred By - The employee responsible for transferring the member.
Membership Type - The Membership Type currently assigned to this member.
Contract Description - The Current Package the member is on.
Agreed Date - The original agreement date.
Last Invoice Date - The date of the last agreement invoice paid by the member.
Invoice Amount - The amount of the last agreement invoice paid by the member
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting: Can access Member Transfers
