This article will guide you through generating and understanding the Classes Completed Report. This report will display the number of classes completed per user, along with details related to the client's profile and the last class they completed.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members > Classes Completed.
From here, you will have filter options to Include Inactive Members, Include Active Customers, Include Consult Classes and an All Classes drop-down menu to select specific class types.
Once you have set the filters, click Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
After clicking Run Report, your web page report will populate below and will include the following information:
First / Last Name - client's First and Last name
User Id - user ID associated with the profile
# Classes Completed - total number of classes completed by the client
Last Class Date - date of the last class that the client attended
Last Class Name - name of the last class that the client attended
Email - email address assigned to the profile
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
If you would like to view more detailed information for the specific client, click the "+" symbol next to the client's First Name. The window will then expand, populating the names of the classes that the client has attended, the # Classes Completed for each type and the Last Class Date for each class type.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting: Can access Members: Classes Completed
