This ClubReady article will guide you through generating the Member Notes Export Report. The notes will display events such as payment preferences updated, if an agreement was sent into 3rd party collections, automatic logging of bookings, automation rules firing, files added, scheduled cancellations, and more. This report may take a while to run if you select a longer date range.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members/Customers > Notes Export. Select a date range and click on Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
The online report will contain the following information:
Name - Member name
User ID - Prospect/Member ClubReady ID number
Important - Yes or No (You are able to mark a note as "important" when creating a new note)
By - Which staff member added the note or did an action to create a note, or if it was a "system" note automatically created
Date - Date and time when the note was created
Location - Club location where the note was created
Subject - Brief subject description of the note
Note Text - More details of the note
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
