This article is an overview of the Lead Conversions Report. This report shows lead type conversions for users added during the report date range, as well as conversions to membership. It uses the selected date range to obtain a list of users added during that time, then shows how many leads were added into each lead type, as well as how many of those users has their lead type changed at any point.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
HELPFUL TIP: The conversion rate considers how many people eventually became members (including outside of the report date range), and considers the total number of people who were assigned each lead type (leads added and lead type updates). If one user goes through three different lead type assignments during their prospect period, they will be counted towards all three lead types and only their last lead type will count as a conversion.

Leads Added - A count of how many leads were added into each lead type at the time the were added as prospects.
Lead Type Updates - Using the group of leads during the report date range, this column shows if they were converted to new lead types during their prospect period. The lead type updates could have occurred at any time (pre-membership only) and are not limited to the report date range. If users go through multiple lead types while they are prospects, all of the changes will be captured here.
Membership Conversions - Using the group of leads added during the report date range, this column shows how many went on to become members. The conversion date is not limited to the report date range. If users go through multiple lead types before converting to members, the conversion will only count towards the final lead type.
