This article will guide you through running a Class Conversion Report. This report shows how many classes were held during the selected date range as well as how many classes each instructor had. For each class and instructor, it shows how many prospects attended and how many of them converted to members after taking the class. This allows you to analyze how well your classes convert prospects to members. It is only relevant if you use classes as a basis to convert prospects to members and only classes that are setup as a sales consult will show data. Using this tool you can make potentially better decisions about when prospect take free classes and your class instructors.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Intelligence > Class Conversions.
Select your time period and/or from the available filters:
Initial Grouping - The report can either be grouped by class and then instructor, or instructor and then class, based on what information needs to be obtained.
Day of Week - This is an optional filter that allows the user to analyze class conversions only for classes on a specific day of the week.
Time of Day Filter - This is an optional filter that allows the user to analyze class conversions only for classes held a specific time.
Click on Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
The results will display any class set up as a consult type that prospects are booked into.
Class Name/ Instructor - Name for the class and instructor who provided the class.
Prospects - The total number of users who attended each class who were prospects at the time the class was held
Close % - The number of prospects who became members after the class was held divided by the total number of prospects who attended.
Each Class Name, Instructor, Day Of Week, Prospects, Converted, Close % and Class Date is a clickable organizer that you can use to analyze specific factors.
Class Date - Date the class was held.
Class Time - Time the class was held.
Day of Week - Day of week the class was held.
Prospects - The total number of users who attended each class who were prospects at the time the class was held.
Converted - The number of prospects who converted to members after the class was held.
Close % - The number of prospects who became members after the class was held divided by the total number of prospects who attended.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
