This article will guide you through the steps to troubleshoot the Ingenico Lane 3000 when the Ethernet connection is active, but no activation code is displayed.
PLEASE NOTE: If the terminal was previously connected to another location, it must be deactivated from that location before it can be activated successfully at a new one. If the device is still tied to a different location, the activation code may not appear even if the Ethernet connection is active.
1. Type 0001 to access ADMIN MENU. Select button 2 for Ethernet Parameters.
2. Select button 2 for Connection type.
3. Select button 2 for Client. Click the red X to return to the main screen.
