In the event of an error (Decline, Timeout, etc), the decline/error message will be displayed with a red “x” button. Click the “x” to delete the payment and add an additional payment method.
NOTE: The device appears to have a 1 minute timeout to insert/tap/swipe, and a 1 minute timeout to confirm the transaction.
Decline Message: An error occurred, please retry and if retry fails contact the card brand or Issuer.
Resolution: This error reflects the need to reconnect to your wifi/network and restart the device.
