This article will guide you through manually adding tasks for your Members, how to locate Member tasks and using the Work It.
A user is considered a "member" once they have purchased an agreement in your studio. If working tasks, Members will not display if using the Lead Management Dashboard. Follow the steps below to view how to work tasks specific to Members.
1. Manually Add a Task
Search and select the member/customer you wish to create a task for a staff member to complete.
There are three ways to create a task:
- You may select the Tasks tab
- Use the Work It icon
- Go through All Detail
The following options will display:
Call - Clicking this will put the clients phone number into the Add New Task field.
Add New Task - Name of task.
Due Date - Set the due date of the task.
Assigned To - Assign the employee that needs to work the task being created
Optional Color - Give a color of the task border (Example: possible response level of task)
Assign A Purpose - This allows you to classify the purpose of this task for classification.
Assign A Priority - Select how urgent this task is.
2. Locate Member Tasks
Look up the Tasks by going to Customers/Members tab and selecting the Tasks Tab.
On the top right, you can choose to filter to just view your tasks, tasks assigned to a specific staff member or show all member tasks.
Click the WORK IT next to the member's name to proceed and complete your task.
3. Working Member Tasks
The WORK IT icon will open up to display the following options:
- Contact
- Sales Scripts
- Fast Book
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Member Management : General - Can access member options
