This article will guide you through creating a discount note. This will allow for staff member's to select a discount reason during a transaction at the Point Of Sale.
Navigate to Setup > Sales > Discount Notes.
Create a new discount note by adding the name and clicking Add New Discount button.
Select the red x if you wish to remove the discount note from the system. The option will no longer show as a discount reason for your staff when applying a discount at the POS.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
