ClubReady does not have the option to transfer files to another account.
You can download the file and upload it onto the proper account, but if it is a waiver the system won’t register that it has been filled out.
If the wrong account keeps populating when filling out the form, it may be a cookies and cache issue within the browser. This is only the case if the waiver is filled out at the club.
If the client fills out the waiver on their own, they’ll want to make sure that the email, name, and phone are listed as the same as the one on their current account. Then it should properly add to their account.
