This article will guide you through uploading a file under a client's existing agreement. This allows you to associate important documents related to the agreement. An example is if you member completed a paper contract and you want to store the file within ClubReady for easy reference.
1. Access Agreement Details
Search and select the desired member. Click on Agreements > Full Details.
2. Upload File
Click the Files menu option on the left side of the screen. Clicking the Files menu option will update the screen with information on how to upload and email files into this client's agreement.
You can either drag and drop a file into the Drag & Drop Files Here box or you can click on this box and upload a file that way. The file will upload and appear on the screen. If the file Contains Signatures you may select Yes so that it is easy to identify signatures have been completed on this particular document. If you ever need to delete a file, click the red x.

1. Can I see who uploaded a file to a clients agreement files?
Yes, you can see who uploaded the file under agreement notes or the client's profile notes. Notes will also include the date the file was uploaded as well as a description of the file.
2. Will a signed copy of an agreement automatically upload to clients agreement files?
No, agreement files will only show files that are manually uploaded or sent to the unique email address.
