Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following before getting started:
- Permissions required:
- Prospect Management - Can Access Prospects
- Member Management: General - Can Access Member Options
- Member Management: General - Can Upload Files for Individual Clients
How to Upload a File
Option 1 — Files Tab: Search for and select the desired client from the Prospects or Members/Customers tab. Click the Files tab above the client's name. From here you can either:
- Drag and drop the file from your computer directly into the files box.
- Click the files box to browse and select the file from your computer.

Once uploaded, the file will appear as a downloadable link. The name of the staff member who added the file and the date it was uploaded will also be displayed to the right of the file link.
Option 2 — All Detail: Search for and select the desired client, then click the All Detail button.

Navigate to General > Upload Files. Click Browse to locate and select the desired file. Enter an optional file description if needed, then click Upload to complete the upload. Once uploaded, the file will display at the bottom of the screen along with the name of the staff member who uploaded it and the date of the upload.
Note: Client files cannot be transferred from one account to another.

How Clients Access Their Files
Clients can access files uploaded to their account by logging into their Wellness Portal and navigating to Home > Files > For Me Only. Files uploaded specifically for the client will be listed by name and can be clicked to open and view.
