This article will guide you through enabling the wait list function for a class.
1. Access Class Setup
Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Classes/Group.
Scroll down to the Existing Classes section and click the edit pencil icon next to the class you want to adjust.
2. Enable Wait List
By default the Class Settings tab will open. You will want to click on the Booking Settings tab to continue. Go to Allow Customer Wait List For This Class and click Yes.
This will make the field Lead Time Required For Wait List Bookings appear. Enter in the desired amount of lead time in hours that a client can be added to the wait list. To save your changes scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
Click the Update Class Booking Settings to save your changes.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access classes / group setup
