How to Manually Convert a Prospect to a Member
1. Access the Client Profile: Navigate to the Members/Customers tab, search for and select the desired prospect, then go to All Detail > General > Edit Membership Status.

2. Complete the Membership Status Fields: Update the following fields to convert the prospect to a member:
- Member Since Date — Enter the date the prospect became a member.
- Membership Expiration Date — Enter the member's membership expiration date.
- Membership Prospect Type — This will display the prospect's current prospect type. After converting to a member, you will have the option to assign an Internal Prospect Type.
- Add A Note — A note is required to complete the update. Use this field to document the reason for the manual conversion so all staff are aware of the adjustment.
3. Save the Changes: Click Update Status to complete the conversion. The prospect will now appear under the Members tab.
