This article will guide you through locating and reviewing a client's active or inactive status in ClubReady. For membership studios, a client's status is determined by the start and expiration date set on their account.

- Member Management: General - Can Access Client Options
- Member Management: General - Can Change Customer Status
How to Check a Client's Status
Navigate to the client's account and go to All Detail > General. Click Edit Membership Status to view or update the client's current status.
Note: If the client has no start or expiration date on file, they will be listed as a prospect. If a start and expiration date are present, they will be listed as a member. If the expiration date has passed, the client will appear as an inactive member.
