This article will walk you through the steps on how to locate a client's status (active or inactive).
A client's status for a membership studio is based on their start and expiration date that is set on their account.
1. Access Client Profile
Navigate to client's account > All Detail > General.
Click Edit Membership Status to view or update.
NOTE: If the client has no start or expiration date, then they will be listed as a prospect. If the client has a start and expiration date, then they will be listed as a member but may be listed as an inactive member if the expiration date has passed.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Member Management: General: Can access client options
- Member Management: General: Can change customer status
