This article will guide you through viewing, adding, and editing amenities for prospects, members, and customers in ClubReady. Amenities can be viewed from the Check-In Monitor or the Client Summary Page and can be updated directly from the client's All Detail page.

Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following before getting started:

Viewing Amenities
Amenities can be viewed from two locations:
Option 1 — Check-In Monitor When a client checks in through the Check-In Monitor, their current amenities will be listed below their name and status under the Amenities section.

Option 2 — Client Summary Page Search for and select the desired prospect, member, or customer. Their current amenities will be displayed on the Client Summary Page beneath their name and status.

Editing Amenities
Navigate to the Members/Customers tab and locate the desired client. Go to All Detail > General > Amenities.

From the amenities list, check the box next to each amenity you wish to activate for the client. When all selections have been made, click Update Available Amenities to save your changes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is there a report that shows which clients have amenities?
A: There is no dedicated report for this. However, you can navigate to the Members Lookup and use the amenity filter to view clients with specific amenities assigned. The filtered list can also be exported to Excel.
Q: What happens to a client's amenities when they become inactive?
A: Amenities will automatically disable when a client's status changes to inactive. No manual action is required.
Q: A client went past due for a short period and is now active again. Why haven't their amenities turned back on automatically?
A: When a client returns to active status after a past due period, amenities will not automatically re-enable. A staff member will need to manually turn the amenities back on by navigating to All Detail > General > Amenities and updating the client's amenity selections.
