There are different reasons why a user's amenity is showing as unchecked on their account:
- Manually unchecked by a staff member
- Wrong membership type (signing up to a new agreement could mean a new membership type)
- Automation Rules
If selecting View Amenity History it may display the reason why the amenity was removed.
In this example an Automation Rule removed the amenity since the user has signed to a different agreement with a different membership type.
