Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I change a one-on-one service credit to a class credit?
A: Yes. Both service and class credits are available as options in the selection list. A service credit can be changed to a class credit and vice versa.
Q: Does the credit duration have to match between the old and new credit type?
A: No. You can select any available option from the list regardless of duration. For example, a 30-minute credit can be changed to a 60-minute credit.
Q: My client is receiving the wrong type of credits every month. How can I fix this?
A: The credit type being released each month is determined by the invoice and sales package settings. If the client has a recurring invoice releasing the wrong credit type, the best solution is to cancel the existing agreement and write up a new agreement with the correct credit type. Manually changing the credit type each month is not a sustainable long-term solution.
