When customers have more than one available credit (or package/membership) to cover their visits this can result in the incorrect credit being applied to their visit. For good data hygiene (especially when you want to run analytics on class/credit attendance) learn how to re-assign credits within ClubReady.
1. Customer Profile: Use the Prospect, Members tab, or search window to open up the customer's profile.
2. Bookings Tab: Go to their Bookings tab.
3. Bookings & Session Credit Status: Open their Bookings & Session Credit Status page.
4. Completed Tab: Go to their Completed sessions tab and locate the session that needs a different credit.
5. Re-Assign Credit: All available credits will be listed for you to assign to, or, option to move the session to a pool of unbooked credits. This would un-assign the session to a credit.
Congratulations! You have successfully re-assigned a session credit!
