This article will guide you though deleting session credits individually or in bulk for a client.
1. Accessing 'Bookings & Session Credit Status': To access a client's bookings, search and select the desired client. Click on the Bookings button. Alternately, go to All Detail > Bookings > Bookings & Session Credit Status.
2. Manually Delete Session Credit: The Session Credits tab will open by default. All sessions with their totals will be displayed here. Click the red x next to all sessions you wish to delete.
3. Select How The Session Credit Will Be Removed: Select the option for how you would like the session credit to be removed. Enter in a note if desired (optional). Click the Remove The Session button to complete your change.
Optional: Bulk Session Credit Removal
1. Session Credits Dropdown: Click the Select All check box or as many credits as you wish to delete. Select the Delete option from the drop-down box. Click the GO Button to start the deletion process.
2. Remove The Selected Credits: A confirmation dialog box will appear. Select the option for how you would like the session credit to be removed. Enter in a note if desired (optional). Click the Remove The Selected Credits button to complete your change.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Member Management: Credits & Bookings: Can view customer booking & session credit status
- Member Management: Credits & Bookings: Can manually add / delete session credits
