- To view all chargebacks, returns, and their current status check out Reports > Sales > Refunds & Returns.
1. Search for Member: You can locate your member via the Members tab or the search tool (upper righthand corner).
2. Notes Tab: Click on the member's Notes tab and select the All Notes tab.
3. No Notes Filter: Locate the filter and select Chargeback to see the member's notes related to chargebacks.
Congratulations! You have successfully located and viewed a chargeback detail in a member's notes.
