This article helps you understand why your ClubReady report might not upload or why it is taking longer to display, and what you can do to fix it.
Please Note:
- If all of your devices are being connected to the same WiFi, it would be consistent with a network error. As best practice we suggest to use ClubReady only on a computer and with Chrome for the best experience, not a tablet or cell phone.
- Reach out to your internet provider to make sure your browser, internet devices, and computer are all up to date.
- Inquire about your bandwidth to make sure you're not being throttled by your provider during periods of high network congestion.
1. Run the report for a smaller date range.
2. Clear Cookies & Cache for all time
Press the three dots in the corner of your Chrome Browser > then go to Settings:
Type the word "Cookies" into the search bar > then click the Clear Browsing Data option:
3. Clear the browsing data, download history, cookies, and cache for ALL TIME > Then Press the blue Clear Data button. It is imperative the that dropdown be toggled to "All Time" and that all four options are selected: browsing data, download history, cookies, and cache.
4. Make sure your Google Chrome browser is up to date. Type "update Chrome" in browser search bar and update Chrome.
