ClubReady utilizes TeamViewer (third-party vendor) to access and remote control your computer.

Download TeamViewer
Verify TeamViewer Version
1. Download TeamViewer
Download the latest version of TeamViewer for Windows here.
- Make sure 'Windows' is selected
- Do the TeamViewer Full Client
- Select the 64-bit version
Download the latest version of TeamViewer for Mac here.
- Open System Preferences.
- Click on Security & Privacy.
- Click on Privacy tab.
- In the menu, scroll down to select Screen Recording.
- Click on the check box next to TeamViewer.
While installing it will ask if you want to do a custom install or default. Select Default.
It will ask you for a reason, select For personal use only (This is so it's free since you are not going to do it for business use).
2. ID and Password: Once you have completed downloading you will need ClubReady Support 'Your ID' and 'Your Password'; this will allow the support agent remote access your computer.
Verify TeamViewer Version
1. Open TeamViewer application.
2. Select Help on the left hand side bar.
3. Select About TeamViewer and the current version will display.
