This article will guide you through understanding notifications for Wait List bookings.
1. System Email
Members who have been moved from the Wait List to a class will receive the New Class Booking Scheduled Email.
To confirm it is enabled in your studio, navigate to Setup > Communication > System Emails.
2. How do I know if the member received the email booking confirmation?
You can locate their email history through the Work It. Search for the user account > Work It > Send an Email > Past Emails > New Booking Confirmation. This will provide date and time stamp of when it was sent (this is based on when they were moved out of the class wait list).
