This article and video will explain how to add an attachment to an email. The file will first need to be uploaded into the club File Store.
1. Locate The System Email
Navigate to Setup > Communication > System Emails.
Select the email that you want to add the attachment to and click on the edit pencil.
2. Add The Attachment To The System Email
The option to choose an Optional Email Attachment will be found near the bottom of the pop-up screen. Click on the edit pencil. Select your attachment from the drop down menu.
NOTE: You will have already uploaded the file under Main > Files. If needed, learn How To Upload A File. Be sure to update the email by clicking on the Update This Email Type button and next time this system email is sent to a customer it will include the attachment..
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access system emails setup
