This article will walk you through setting up your Signature Pad in Google Chrome.
Step 1. Configure the settings to work on agreements
Navigate to Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > New Agreements.
Use the drop down by Electronic Signature Method for Agreements to select Topaz Signature Pad 1x5
Step 2. Download the drivers
1. Click here to download the SigWeb installer - https://topazsystems.com/sdks/sigweb.html
2. Before installing, be sure to close all open browsers (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
3. Run the SigWeb installer.
- NOTE: Do not connect your signature pad until installation is complete.
4. Plug in the signature pad
5. Once complete, test SigWeb with the SigWeb Demo at this page - www.sigplusweb.com/sigwebtablet_demo.htm
Click Sign and sign on your signature pad; your signature will appear in the signature box.
Step 3. Test in ClubReady
Proceed to write a test agreement in ClubReady to confirm the signature pad works correctly.
You can create a "test" prospect for troubleshooting purposes.
1. Locate the user and select NEW DEAL.
2. Select a sales package and continue to STEP 2. This step allows you to pull up the contract and take signatures.
3. If the signature works, close out of this window in order to not complete the full write up agreement process.
If the signature does not work, confirm that each of the prior steps has been completed successfully. If you confirm every step has been completed successfully and the signature pad still does not work within ClubReady, please contact support@clubready.com.
