This article will guide you through looking up a transaction through the ClubReady Search Tool. This tool will provide you with a list of all transactions based on either their Gateway Transaction ID or any transactions linked to a certain credit card or bank account, by the last four of the account.
ClubReady Search Tool
To access the ClubReady Search Tool, click on the magnifying glass next to your profile picture at the top right corner.
The following options will be available for you to search: Member/Lead, Agreement ID, Booking ID, CR Transaction ID, Gateway Transaction ID, Invoice ID, Payment ID, Last 4 CC/Bank and Staff.
1. CR Transaction ID
Type on the search tool the ClubReady Transaction ID you are trying to locate. Once typed, the member's name, last 4 digits of their payment profile, transaction ID, CR Transaction ID and who ran the transaction will display for you to select. This will automatically advance you to the Payment Details screen.
2. Gateway Transaction ID
Type on the search tool the Gateway Transaction ID you are trying to locate. Once typed, the member's name, last 4 digits of their payment profile, transaction ID, CR Transaction ID and who ran the transaction will display for you to select. This will automatically advance you to the Payment Details screen.
3. Invoice ID
Type on the search tool the ClubReady Invoice ID you are trying to locate. Once typed, the member's name and invoice description will display for you to select. This will automatically advance you to the Invoice Detail screen.
4. Payment ID
Type on the search tool the ClubReady Payment ID you are trying to locate. Once typed, the member's name and staff who ran the transaction will display for you to select. This will automatically advance you to the Payment Details screen.
5. Last 4 CC/Bank
Type on the search tool the last 4 digits of the credit card or bank ACH you are trying to locate. Once typed, all accounts tied to the payment profile will display with the member's name, last 4 digits of their payment profile, transaction ID, CR Transaction ID and who ran the transaction for you to select. This will automatically advance you to the Payment Details screen.
