Before You Begin
Make sure you have the required permissions to access this feature. You'll need either a Master Admin login or a staff login with the following permissions enabled:
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access referral types setup
Steps

- Navigate to Setup > Leads > Referral Types.
- Enter the name of your referral type in the field labeled Name of The Type.
- If this referral type is tied to a marketing campaign, click the checkbox labeled This is a marketing campaign. This will prompt you to enter the following optional details:
- Total cost of the campaign
- Start date of the campaign
- Any additional notes
- Click Create The New Type to save.
Your new referral type will now appear under Existing Referral Types.
