This article will guide you through creating an internal prospect type to help with managing members. This is available to Membership Clubs.
NOTE: If you do not select the correct options when you create the prospect type it will not be available as an internal prospect type. If this happens you will have to delete the prospect type and then re-create it with the correct settings.
Navigate to Setup > Leads > Lead Types.
To add a new internal lead type, update the following information:
Lead Type Name - Enter the name of the internal lead type.
Is a membership lead type? - For internal lead types select NO. (this is for Membership Clubs only)
Can be selected when adding a new lead - Check if you want the lead type to be available for selection when staff are adding a new prospect.
Default sales script - If you have created Sales Scripts for staff to use when working a Prospect, choose a default script.
Issue a free package - Decide to allow a free package to be given which can be used to issue free consult session credits to people with this Prospect Type.
Provide new lead a system login - Choose if you would like to provide the prospect a system login to give access to the ClubReady Customer Portal.
Email sent to new lead - you may chose to use the default new prospect email or select a custom email.
To save your changes click the Create The New Prospect Type button.
NOTE: The additional fields for the New Lead Type are optional when creating a new internal lead type.
Once you saved your changes, you can view all of your available internal lead types under Setup > Leads > Lead Types.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access lead types setup
