Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I set different reminder methods for different classes or services?
A: Yes. Each class and service can be configured independently, allowing you to customize which notification methods — Email, SMS, or Mobile App Push — are enabled for each one.
Q: What happens if I don't have enough SMS credits?
A: If your account does not have sufficient communication credits, SMS reminders will not be sent. We recommend regularly checking your credit balance to avoid any gaps in client communication.
Q: Can I turn booking reminders off after enabling them?
A: Yes. Simply return to Setup > Scheduling > Booking Reminders and toggle the setting back to Off at any time. You can also disable individual notification methods per class or service without turning off reminders entirely.
Q: Who receives booking reminders?
A: Booking reminders are sent to clients based on the class or service they have booked, using whichever notification methods are enabled for that specific class or service.
