Prospect/Lead Cannot Check In:
- Their assigned lead type won’t allow for check-in
- Setup > Leads > Lead Type
- Is a membership lead type - needs to be set as Yes.
- If set as No - this will create an "internal lead type" which is used to assign members (not prospects).
Member Cannot Check In:
- Confirm if they are an active member
- Brivo – check on door access suspension
- Check on their access time with their membership type
