This article will explain how to check in a member that has a past due balance.
1. Access Check In Monitor
In order to check in a past due member you will have to check them in through the Manual check in process. Go to Main > Check In Monitor.
Enter the Customer Name in the First, Last Field. After you start typing the name you will see the name you are looking for populate below. Click to select the name.
After you click the name on the right side of the check in monitor screen you will see a red banner with 2 options. Check-In and Go Back.
NOTE: If you do not see these options please check to see that you have the permission enabled that will allow you to check in past due customers.
2. Member Check In Confirmation
After you check in this member they will show up in the check in screen in red. This indicates that they are checked in, but still past due.
Customer ID
If a user has an external ID entered on their profile, it will display to the right of their name.
If a user is not assigned an external ID, then nothing will display to the right of their name.
Their ClubReady User ID is underneath their picture.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Check-In: Can view club check-in monitor
- Club Check-In: Can check-in past due clients
