The Class Schedule Widget allows you to embed your studio's live class schedule directly into your website. Members can view upcoming classes, book themselves in using existing credits, and purchase additional credits if needed; all without leaving your site. Prospects can also use the widget to sign up and book consult classes, making it a key tool for both member retention and new client acquisition.

Part 1: Configuring Your Widget Settings
Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Class Schedule Widget > Key Settings.

| HTML Code | The HTML iframe code used to embed the widget into your website. Copy and paste this exactly where you want the schedule to appear. This code cannot be edited. |
| Accent Color | Sets your brand color, applied to all buttons and the "Day" header text throughout the widget. |
| Accent Text Color | Sets the color of text that appears on each button. |

| Allow Members To Book | Allows existing members to log in and use available credits to book classes directly from your website. Members will be prompted to enter their username and password when selecting a class. |
| Allow Prospects / Members To Purchase Credits | Allows users without available credits to purchase them for a specific class, provided that class is tied to an online sales package. See Part 2 for setup details. |
| Button Text For Booking A Pre-Paid Class | Customize the text displayed on the booking button for credit-based classes. |
| Button Text For Booking a Consult Class | Customize the text displayed on the booking button for consult classes. For this button to appear, Allow Prospects To Sign-Up must be set to Yes and Allow Members To Book must be set to No. |

| Show Cancelled Classes | When set to Yes, cancelled classes will appear on the widget with a strikethrough. Set to No to hide them entirely. |
| Show Availability | When set to Yes, the number of open spots remaining in each class will display on the widget. |
Part 2: Package Tie-Ins
The Package Tie-Ins tab allows you to connect specific online sales packages to individual classes. This enables members and prospects to purchase credits for a class directly through the widget when they don't have any available.
- Only online-enabled sales packages that drop session credits will appear in the dropdown.
- This gives you control over which classes members can buy credits for online, preventing unintended purchases on classes that shouldn't be available this way.
Part 3: Understanding the Widget Layout
The widget displays your class schedule in a list format, showing seven days at a time starting with the current day. Each day is separated by a header that also indicates if the club is closed or observing a holiday.
Navigation & Filtering
- Use the dropdown on the top left to filter by a specific class or view all classes.
- Use the date navigation on the top right to move forward, backward, or jump to a specific date.

Part 4: Book Now & Try Free Buttons
Clicking Book Now or Try Free opens a sign-in portal where visitors can log in as an existing member or sign up as a new prospect, depending on your widget settings. Once signed in, the system will keep them logged in for the duration of their session on that page; allowing them to book multiple classes without signing in again.
When does the Try Free button appear? The Try Free button is only displayed when all three of the following conditions are met:
- Allow Prospects To Sign-Up is set to Yes
- Allow Members To Book is set to No
- The class is set up as a consult
In all other cases, the Book Now button will be displayed.
New Prospect Sign-Up If a new visitor enters their first and last name and clicks Sign Up, they will be prompted for additional information and instantly added to your ClubReady system as a prospect.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I edit the HTML embed code for the widget?
A: No. The HTML iframe code is generated by ClubReady and cannot be modified. Copy it exactly as provided and paste it into your website where you'd like the schedule to display. If you need layout or styling adjustments, those would need to be handled within your website's own design settings around the embed.
Q: Why isn't the Book Now button showing for a class?
A: A few things to check: confirm that Allow Members To Book is set to Yes in your Key Settings, and verify that the member has available credits for that class type. If the class requires purchased credits and no online sales package has been tied to it, the booking option may not appear. Review your Package Tie-Ins setup to confirm the correct package is linked.
Q: Can a prospect book a regular class, or only consult classes?
A: Prospects can only book classes that are set up as consults and do not require credits. If you want prospects to book a non-consult class, they would first need to purchase credits through the widget (if a package is tied to that class) or be added to the system and converted to a member.
