This article will guide you through embedding the class schedule widget into your website. This widget allows members to see your class schedule, book themselves into classes and redirect them to a signup page to purchase additional credits, if necessary.
1. Selecting Your Class Schedule Settings - Key Settings
Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Class Schedule Widget > Key Settings. The following features are available to be customized under the Key Settings tab:

2. Package Tie-Ins
You can tie online signup packages to a class under the Package Tie-Ins tab. This will allow customers to book themselves into a class in which they need to purchase credits . The drop down list will only be available if it is an online-enabled sales package and drops sessions credits. This makes it easy for you to control which classes your members can buy additional credits for online.
A Look at the Widget
1. Class Schedule Widget - Layout
The widget itself is laid out in list form, displaying seven days at a time, starting with the current day. Each day is separated by a day header, which will also indicate if the club is closed or if it is a holiday. On the top left is a drop down list to filter by a specific class, or all classes, and on the top right is the date navigation to move forward, backward, or to a specific date. There are five columns in the list:
Start Time - this is the time the class is schedule to begin on your class schedule (Bookings> Classes).
Class Name - click on text (in blue ) to display the class description. You can set or edit the class description for each class under; Setup> Scheduling> Classes> Select the Class.
Instructor - click on text (in blue) to display the staff biography for that staff person. You can adjust staff biographies in Setup> Staff> Staff Bios.
Availability - shows how many spots are still available in the class, as well as a Book Now button if applicable to this class.
Duration - This is the duration for this particular class based on the setup of the class itself.
2. Class Schedule Widget - "Book Now" and "Try Free"
Clicking the Book Now or Try Free button will open a sign-in portal with a new customer sign-up and/or an existing customer sign-in, depending on the settings. Once they are signed in, the system will remember them as long as they remain on that page. This allows them to book multiple classes without having to sign in each time.
NOTE: The Try Free button is only visible when "Allow Prospects To Sign-UP" is set to "YES" and "Allow Members To Book" is set to "NO" and the class is a consult. In all other instances the Book Now button will be displayed.
If a new prospect enters their first and last name and clicks Sign Up, they will be asked for some additional information (see image below) and be instantly added to the system.
