Cross Club Check-In sets permission for members/customers to check-in and use clubs across the chain. This functionality only applies to chains of membership clubs that have a corporate login.
NOTE: This only works with barcode check-in (not pincode as that is always club specific) and all members across a chain should have a unique barcode or an incorrect member could be found.
Navigate to Setup > Members > Cross Club Check-In.
Next, you will have a few options that will allow for flexibility in the type of member that will be allowed to use multiple club locations.
For cross-club check-in guest club has full access to client record - if checked, the guest club will be able to access all client details in the same way as their local members. If this option is unchecked, then the guest club will only have access to the members name, membership type and their home club.
All Access - will allow all members to check-in at all club locations within the districts.
Only allow specific membership types or amenities - allows you to limit cross club check-ins to only apply to members and clubs within certain districts, or to only apply to specific corporate-level membership types and amenities.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
