This article will guide you through determining the status of a sent email.
1. Verify from the Customer Profile: To access this screen click on the Prospect or Customer/Member tab. Search and select the desired member. If the communication has been within the past 30 days you can click Past 30 Days tab to see its status. This tab will show all communication for this client during this time.
2. Verify from the Work It: To access this screen click on the Prospect or Customer/Member tab. Search and select the desired member. Click on the Work It button to continue. Select Contact > Send An Email. The right side of the screen will shot you a history of all sent emails to this client.
3. Running a Detailed Report: To access the User Email History Report shown above you will need to click on Reports > Communications > User Email History. Choose a custom date range or preset date range. Type in the client name, client id or Email address. Click Generate Report. All results for the specified date range will display with the date/time, Email address, and the message status.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Customer Management : General - Can access client options
- Reporting - Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting - Can access communications: user email history
