Setting that allows an email to be sent to one or more employees when a new prospect is added to your club.
NOTE: All ClubReady Internal Reports will display on your email inbox as coming from mailsystem@clubready.com.
1. Access Setup
Navigate to Setup > Communication > Internal Reports.
Click the Manage The Distribution List button.
From here you can add in as many emails as you require - whenever a prospect is added the email addresses in the distribution list will get an email detailing the new prospect.
Add an email address in the box. By default an email will be sent for all prospects however choose Yes to Only Notify When Added From API (via the web).
When you receive this email remember to NOT "Reply" to the notification email. If you wish to email the Prospect, either enter the Prospect's email address into a new email, or click the email link in the notification email.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access internal reports setup
