This article will guide you through creating a presentation for your club. Think of a presentation as a slide show that can be created to assist you in presenting everything from waiver of liability forms, sales, wellness consultations, gathering fitness test results, and so much more! Completed presentations can be made available via web link, a dashboard widget for your staff, from a prospect or customer/member profile, or through the ClubReady Presentation App.
1. Access Sales Presentation Setup: Navigate to Setup > Leads > Presentations. To start creating a presentation enter in a Presentation Title and Description. To complete this step click on the Create New Presentation Ready To Edit. This will create the presentation below. Click on the presentation name to open up the presentation setup.
2. Configuring Presentation General Settings: When you access the presentation setup the general settings will appear on the right and the left is where you will add slides to your presentation.
Starting on the right side we will go through each of the settings:
- Disabled: By default a presentation is disabled, click NO to activate it.
- Presentation Name: You entered this in the previous step but you can make edits to this at any time.
- Online URL: This is a web link to this presentation that allows you to place this presentation in your media outlets like your web page, Facebook, Twitter and include the link in email blasts, etc.
- Anonymous Access Allowed?: Click Yes to this if you post or use the Online URL outside of your ClubReady site.
- Include in Tablet app and online list?: Click Yes to include this in the app.
- Description - You can enter in a detailed description of this presentation which staff will see when they select presentations under a client using the present menu option.
- Set Contact Method to: This is how the customer contacted the club

Set Lead Type To: This is the lead type assigned if this presentation creates a lead
- NOTE: The waiver will show an error if "None (or club default lead type)" is selected but there is no default type under the club settings. Refer to Setup > Leads > Lead Types to confirm you have a default lead type.
- Set Staff Assignment to:This is who the lead will be assigned too.
- Set Referral Type to: This is how the customer was referred to the club.
- Slides Top Left: It is possible to personalize the presentation by allowing you to add text or a logo to the top left corner of each slide.
- Show Name Top Right: If you open this presentation inside of your ClubReady site this option can show the clients name and photo in the top right corner of each slide.
- Show slide numbers at base: Click Yes to this option to show the page number for each slide.
- Styling (CSS): If you need the presentation to be more personalized for your club you may have your web designer create Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and paste this content here.
Once you have finished general setup click on the Update Presentation General Settings button to save your changes.
3. Adding Slides To Your Presentation: To add slides to your presentation, click on CLICK TO ADD NEW SLIDE. This will show all slide options for this presentation. Here is a list of all of the slides and their description:
- Waiver Confirmation: This step will review for your staff the lead name and the completed waiver form.
- Update/Create Profile: This is a step that allows adding (or updating) a new lead with details like name, email, gender etc.
- Custom Form: This step displays a selected custom club form for the user to fill out and submit.
- Assign to Staff Member: This step allows an staff member to set as the assigned to (useful for staff managed guest registers / waivers).
- Select Guest Pass Type: This step allows the selection of any lead type that is defined as a guest pass (grants club access).
- Customer Category Select: This step can be configured to present any system created custom category and allow a selection. This can be useful to quickly create a segmentation of customers at any point with a presentation flow.
- Fast Book: This is a step that allows bookings to be made.
- Add Referrals: This will allow the user to add referrals
- Reset: This step resets the presentation back to the start. Any user that has been associated with the presentation will be reset also. This is useful for presentations like automated guest registers
- Jump To Presentation: This step moves the flow to the start of a different presentation
- Jump To Step: This step jumps the flow to a different step in the same presentation flow
- Question: This step is a question, the outcome can be either continue to the next step or go to a different slide in the flow, go to a sales package or go to a different presentation. Using this it is possible to create complex presentation flows that join together multiple presentations.
- Presentation End: This is an end point - some text can be added to this page. No additional slides can come after an end-point.
- Image: This allows a static image file (jpg) to be added - this is is an easy way to include PowerPoint slides (saved as jpg)
- Video: This step allows videos to be shown (YouTube, Vimeo, or uploaded video).
- Website: This step will display a website.
- Signature: This step is a signature capture using Topaz signature pad, additional text can be entered that shows above the signature.
- Free Text / HTML: This is a step that allows any text or HTML to be entered
- Bullet Points: Create a set up bullet points to be displayed on a slide
- Session Price Calculator: This is a calculator that allows you to enter in number of sessions and price per session
- Online Signup: This can be any of your sales packages that you have enabled for online signup. It will take the customer to the online purchase page for the package.
- Sales Package: This is an end point - presentation will transfer to a specif sales package
- Calories Plan: This is the same functionality as setting nutrition targets, calories vs a plan.
Congratulations! You have successfully created a sales presentation!
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
