Please Note:
- The ClubReady Mobile app is used by prospects and members to manage their classes and services, update their profile, and purchase additional credits or packages. Staff members can only use this app to make their own bookings if they have a client profile set up in ClubReady.
Downloading the ClubReady Mobile app
Mobile App: ClubReady Mobile - How to Download the App
The ClubReady Mobile app is available for download from the iTunes App Store (iPhone) and the Google Play Store (Android). The app can be found by searching for "ClubReady Mobile".
Mobile App: ClubReady Mobile - How to Reset Password
The ClubReady Mobile app uses the username and password on the client profile in ClubReady. If a client forgets their password, they can select "Forgot your Password?" on the login screen of the app. A password reset link will be sent to the email of the client's choice.
Navigating the ClubReady Mobile app
Mobile App: ClubReady Mobile - How to View and Update Your Profile
Clients will log into the app using their username and password and select their profile picture in the upper-right corner of the Home screen. The client will be taken to the My Profile section of the app where they can view and update personal information, billing information, and view purchases and credits.
Mobile App: ClubReady Mobile - Home Screen Overview
When clients log into the app, the default view will be the Home screen. The Home screen will display the client's name, barcode, available credits, and upcoming bookings.
Mobile App: ClubReady Mobile - Change Location
Once logged into the app, the client will be able to toggle between club locations by selecting the location shown in the top left corner of the Home screen and then choosing a new location from the pop-up menu.
Scheduling Using the ClubReady Mobile app
From the Home screen of the app, select the Book Classes icon. From the Book Classes screen, the client will be able to choose which class they want to book on which day.
From the Home screen of the app, select the Book Services icon. The client will then choose the day, service type, instructor, and time they wish to take the session.
Mobile App: Cancel a Class or Service
From the Home screen of the app, select the My Schedule icon. From the Bookings screen, the client will select and confirm which class or service they wish to cancel.
Mobile App: ClubReady Mobile - How to Purchase Credits
On the Home screen of the app, the client can select the "Buy More" button beneath their number of available credits. Credit/package options will be listed to choose from. Once a selection has been made, the client can then agree to the terms of service and confirm the purchase.
Enabling Sales Package for the ClubReady Mobile app
Enabling a Sales Package to Be Purchased Through the ClubReady Mobile App
A sales package must be enabled for In-App purchase within ClubReady before it will be available in the ClubReady Mobile app. To enable a package, you will navigate to Setup > Sales > Sales Packages > Select the desired Package > Installments > Select Yes for In-App Purchase Enabled. This will need to be done for each installment option.
