How to Edit a Membership Status
1. Access the Client's All Detail Page: Search for and select the desired member. From the Client Summary page, click the All Detail icon.

2. Open Membership Status: Click the edit pencil next to the current Status field. Alternatively, navigate to General > Edit Membership Status.

3. Update the Membership Status Fields: The following fields are available to adjust:
- Member Since Date — The date the member originally purchased their membership. This can be updated if needed.
- Membership Expiration Date — The date the member's access is set to expire, based on their membership package. Adjusting this date changes the member's access to the club. This is useful in situations such as providing a complimentary month to a paid in full member.
- Internal Prospect Type / Convert Back to Prospect — If the member is active, this field can be used to assign them an internal prospect type. If the member's expiration date has been set to a past date, this field can be used to reclassify them as a prospect type of your choosing.
- Add A Note — Optionally enter a note to document the reason for any adjustments made to the membership status.

4. Save Your Changes: Once all updates have been made, click Update Status to save.
