This article will guide you through generating your Agreements Liability Report. The Agreements Liability Report provides you with a list of the current outstanding liability on agreements. For membership agreements, the liability is calculated from the number of months remaining. For services agreements, the liability is calculated from sessions remaining. Only agreements paid in full at the time of sale will be included in this report
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
- This report applies only to packages that have been fully paid for.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Misc > Agreements Liability.
Click on Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
The online report will contain the following information:
User ID
First & Last Name
Address, City, State Zip
Cell, Home, Work Phone
Agreement Date
Agreement Detail
Expiration Date
Setup Fee
Agreement Amount
Term Months
Months Consumed
Months Remaining
Total Sessions
Sessions Consumed
Liability
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
