This article will guide you through viewing and understanding the Converted Transaction Report. This report will provide you access to the converted transactions on a per user basis.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Misc. > Converted Transactions. Type the User Id to show converted transactions. Click Run Report to view the details.
NOTE: This report will only show transactions for club conversions after 12/31/2017.
2. Understanding Your Report
On the online report, you will find the following information:
Transaction Date - The date of the transaction
Transaction # - This is based on the information provided by the club. It is a unique identifier and it can be a receipt number or a transaction id. If not provided by the club, ClubReady will generate a unique #. .
$ Amount - The amount the transaction was for.
UserId - The customers user ID in ClubReady.
Client Name - The name for the customer.
Description - This will include information about the transaction send to ClubReady on the conversion data.
To export data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting: Can access misc: Converted Transactions
