This article will guide you through the steps you need to take to troubleshoot your ClassPass Integration in case it does not show activated after turning it ON.
1. Remove the Integration
Navigate to Setup > General > Integrations. Click the red x next to the ClassPass Integration.
2. Re-Add the Integration
Continue to stay under Setup > General > Integrations. Click the green plus sign to install the integration.
3. Go To The ClassPass Integration Setup
Click on the ClassPass Integration to configure. Select the check box next to Enable and click Save.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access integrations setup
