This article will highlight the best practices to be aware of when assisting an XPO studio member in logging into an XPO branded app.
Note: This article applies to all XPO studios using an XPO branded app.
XPO App Username
A member's XPO app username will be the email address in the "Email Address" field in their ClubReady profile. Member Look Up > General > Edit Their Profile.
This same email address can be used as the username for an unlimited number of XPO studios and all XPO brands as long as the respective passwords are different for each login.
Note: The username in the "Login User Name" field of the member's ClubReady profile is NOT used by the XPO branded apps or websites and does not need to match the member's email address. The "Login User Name" field is irrelevant to XPO members.
XPO App Password
To set up their XPO app password, members should select the "forgot password" link on the app login screen. Both current members AND new members should use this method to set up their password.
Note: The XPO app password CAN be set up by studio staff in the password fields on the member's ClubReady profile, but studios are discouraged from setting up passwords for members unless it is absolutely necessary. It is important that members are aware of how and where they can set up their own password so they do not have to rely on the assistance of their studio.
XPO App Support
ClubReady does not manage or have access to any XPO apps. Most issues with an XPO app will need to be directed to the appropriate XPO app Support team or the corporate office of the studio. However, some XPO app issues can be resolved on the member's ClubReady profile. The studio may cc ClubReady Support (support@clubready.com) in any email communication regarding XPO app issues in case ClubReady has the ability to assist.
