Booking Flags are reminders for specific booking milestones, like a customer's sixth or third-to-last booking. Setting booking flag rules ensures these flags consistently appear on the schedule, even if bookings are changed or canceled. Flags are automatically updated for each customer, and you can also set up automatic emails using these rules.
Please Note:
- For Services: Locate by going to Setup > Scheduling > Services.
- Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions:
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access services setup
- For Classes/Group: Locate by going to Setup > Scheduling > Classes/Group.
- Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions:
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access classes/group setup
Name of New Booking Flag: Enter the name of the booking flag
Apply This Rule To: Select from the dropdown the session length you wish o apply this booking flag to.
Number of Bookings: Select whether to display the number of service or class bookings counting from the start or the number remaining.
Reminder Flag (always visible to admins): Which will show on the schedule to providers. After you select this option you will be able to enter what text you would like to show up on the screen.
Reminder Flag appears on schedule visible to providers: Booking Flags appear on the schedule with a note. You can choose who can see these flags: administrators, providers, or customers.
Reminder Flag appears on schedule visible to customers: Booking Flags appear as indicators on the schedule with an attached note. Visibility can be set for administrators, providers, or customers as needed.
Email Customer: There is also an option to Email the customer when the booking is logged as completed. If you choose to email the customer this section will expand so you may enter the Email Subject and Email message text.
Current Booking Flag Rules for (name of service or class): This section displays your existing Booking Flags, which you may view and edit.
