This instructional article has been created to review Session Credit Groups and its options.
1. Create New Session Credit Group
Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Session Credit Groups.
Input a unique description into the New Group Name and when finished, click Add The New Grouping.
2. Settings of a Session Credit Group
General Settings
Update the title of the grouping and enable or disable the grouping by selecting Yes or No from Group Is Disable? When, done click Update Grouping General Settings.
What Session Types Are In This Group
From the dropdown menu on the left side, select the session type(s) and click Add. The session type(s) on the left side of Step 2 will be able to used for the session type(s) on right.
Next, from the dropdown menu on the right side, select a session type and click Add.
Who Is Eligible For This Booking
Select if Prospects are eligible to use this grouping by selecting Yes or No. Input if All Customers or Only A Specific Subset of People are eligible to use this grouping. If Only A Specific Subset of People is selected, Customer / Member Types and Amenities can be given eligibility by selecting Yes or No.

Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access session credit groups setup
